I lost in the semis of the singles event to a Korean Player, last weeks Penang Champion but went on to reach the finals of doubles event again with my partner Dhia we defeated players from sarawak in the quarterfinals and thailand/malaysia tandem in the semis before losing in the finals against the Koreans for the 2nd time.

I won my quarterfinals match today in singles and R16 in doubles also our venue was moved to the Monkey Court. Yes you read it right Monkey Court it was called Monkey court for the fact that the area is the play ground of the monkeys every where you look you will find monkeys and even 1 brave monkey entered the court while I was playing It’s a different and fun experience.

back to the hard courts I’m happy that on this leg the court surface is hard court. I won 2 matches today I won 1st round and R16 convincingly 8-0 against Malaysian players. It’s good to be back in my winning ways 🙂
